Friends 4 Pound Paws Inc.is a 501C3 non-profit Charitable Organization founded in 2011. They are an all volunteer Rescue/Shelter, located in the Village of Gouverneur, NY. They accept cats and dogs as space allows at our shelter. They are a no-kill facility.  Visit their website.
